For venues beyond that range, travel is billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate ($0.65 per mile round trip). If an overnight stay is needed—such as for venues more than 1.5 hours away, early morning setups, or late-night receptions—I kindly ask that lodging accommodations be provided with a minimum budget of $150 per night at a comfortable hotel near the venue. This ensures I can be well-rested, fully present, and ready to give my very best on your wedding day.

Since he serves in the Air Force Reserves, there are times when I coordinate weddings solo, something I’m fully confident in. For larger celebrations (around 200 guests or more), I bring in contracted assistants to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
