Meet Railen!

Hi! I’m Railen, a Filipina American wedding planner based in Dallas Fort Worth. I have a heart for serving couples and creating meaningful, thoughtfully designed celebrations that honor their unique love stories. My greatest joy is making the wedding planning experience calm, intentional, and joy filled.

I hold an MBA in Management from Texas A&M International University and a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University. I am currently completing a marketing internship while pursuing a full time career in the corporate world. Because of this season of transition, I have intentionally shifted my offerings to day of coordination and month of coordination only, so that every couple I work with receives my full attention, care, and excellence.

My journey as a planner began with my own wedding, which I planned while my husband was deployed. Walking through that season taught me how overwhelming and emotional wedding planning can be, especially when life feels heavy. It also taught me the power of support, compassion, and organization. That experience became the very heart of this business: to be a steady, encouraging, and dependable presence for each couple I serve.

More than anything, my faith in God guides every decision I make. It is the foundation of my life and the foundation of A Vision and A Vow. I strive to serve with integrity, humility, and love, creating wedding days that feel peaceful, beautiful, and deeply meaningful. I also believe in building genuine relationships with my brides. I do not want to be just your coordinator, but a friend you can lean on, laugh with, and trust throughout your journey to the altar.

I live in DFW with my husband, our chihuahua Mojo, and our two cats. Family and culture are incredibly important to me, and I am grateful to serve couples across Texas, from Dallas and Fort Worth to Austin and San Antonio.

Outside of weddings, I am happiest when I am reading, singing, working out, volunteering at my church, exploring new coffee shops, shopping at HomeGoods or Hobby Lobby, or simply spending time with my husband. These moments refill my heart and inspire the creativity I pour into every celebration.
