My team will fully handle setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and all personal decor. We’ll take the heavy lifting off your plate and make sure everything looks beautiful from start to finish. (Typically 2–3 hours before and after event; includes basic layout placement, décor, signage, and packing items at the end of the night.)

Payment Terms
Deposit
To secure your event, a 25% down payment is required at booking to reserve your date and services.
Payment Plans
For your convenience, A Vision & A Vow offers the following payment plans:
3 months with 5% finance fee
6 months with 10% finance fee
The full balance is due one week before the wedding if not using a payment plan.
Military & First Responder Discount
We are proud to offer 10% off for all first responders (police, firefighters, and EMTs,) and military personnel with verification of service.
